High Heel Workout as company- or management training?


For company specific issues, it is necessary to come up with a customised solution: solutions that are tuned to the situation. This is preceded with an intense orientation. Who are the employees that need training, what is their level of skill, what training is required? Is the program contiguous to the company culture, the line of business and the current situation?

You can think of training in presentation, personal strength, balancing.

When the organisation is mapped out, after an extensive intake interview, a targeted training program starts in which personal attention to the individual participant is key. For that reason our trainers work with a maximum of 15 participants.

In a cooperation with Coach2day High Heel Workout is offering a very special aftenoon, in which there is a combinationof the complete and extended High Heel Workout course and a reflexologist.

Finding balance in life is very important, for everybody. In a fun and relaxing way, that is addressed in a litteral and figurative way in this complete well-cared-for afternoon. By doing the correct excersises, you can train your body and prevent injuries, that can occur through bad posture and weak muscles. This part is being well-addressed in the sneaker-part of our workout.
Having the right posture and standing in your heels in a correct way, also contributes to the fun experience High heels can be and it prevents the physical complaints that you can get by keeping your body in the wrong posture. That's why we have the high heel-part of the workout. Plus off course learning to walk in heels in an elegant an siphisticated manner.
Massages, excersizes and reflexology can prevent a lot of complaints and solve them. You are being taught how to do that too.
