Cosmo Girl wrote about us in their Hot Now column.

In the first issue of Cosmo Shopping van 2009, appeared an article about participation to our class.

The Magazine Vriendin ("Lady friend") participated in the course and also added a special action for her readers!!! 

For the Magazine Vrouw ("Female") that is a saturdays extra with the Newspaper Telegraaf, Nienke received
a call from Beertje van Beers, for her column "Op de Hak".

In an episode of 4Me was an item with Cynthia Abma, Mike de Boer, fysiotherapist Jules and High Heel Workout.
If you open the entire episode, you can find the item from minute 26.30 to roughly 32.30.
Besides that complete item, they also added an edited part on the website as a "snack", with the catching title:
"In the car without panties".



In an interview with Daphne Deckers for 100% NL we offered to train the ladies in
Hollands Next Top Model coming season.

Radio 1 released an item about the High Heel Workout, after participating in december.

In the last Flair of 2008, was an article, based on an interview.



Health & Fitness Magazine placed a fullpage article in their Fitnews.


Webregio.tv participated in the base course and edited the images to a video.

That moms can also be sexy after participating in our workout shows the article after one of the
editors of Mamma en zo ("Mom and stuff") participated. They also included us in their newsletter.

Sp!ts wrote a big article. And since the same day NOS Headlines aired a video of the High Heel Workout.

High Heel Workout was a page-high subject on the page Vrouw ("Female") of the daily newspaper De
Telegraaf, after an interview.
