Like eating candy all the time is bad for your teeth, walking in high heels all the time is not good for your feet either. But as proper grooming and the twice a year-visit to the dentist can keep your teeth in good condition, the same goes for your feet.
By doing the right exercises, you can train your body and in that way prevent injuries, that can occur through bad posture and weak muscles. This part is thoroughly being attacked in the sneaker part of our workout. Holding the right posture and correct standing on your heels, adds to the joy of wearing heels and prevents you from having physical complaints you could get from holding your body in the wrong position. This is what the high heel part of our workout addresses.
But there's more you can do. Through massaging, exercises and foot reflexology you can get ahead of a lot of trouble and complaints and solve them.

Your femininity, sensuality, self esteem, just the fun of playing with fashion – you get such a boost from a simple pair of heels under a fun pair of shoes!”

Whether you do or don't walk in high heels, your servants can use a little boost every now and again.
